We had an AC unit in our house fail, The cause of which was later determined to have most likely stemmed from how it was installed in the first place. D & A tried the less expensive fix and replacement option for us first, and they acknowledged to us that there was a chance it wouldn’t fully correct the issues. When it turned out that we needed to take on a more comprehensive and expensive fix, they were there the following day and graciously refunded the charge from the first attempt. The technicians were extremely pleasant and personable Along with being transparent about what they were doing, and why Will definitely call them again the next time we run into any issues — they were great.

I just had Julio over to work on my HVAC, it was an issue that I wasn’t sure was even my HVAC, but they came over and went above and beyond to try and help solve my problem. They were kind, communicative and took their time to make sure I was satisfied. Dan, the owner is always very kind and helpful when we call. We bought our heat pump from them and have the bi-annual maintenance and have been very pleased. It was competitively priced, he took the time to answer all my questions and no issues since purchasing. I’m told Dan may be getting into vent cleaning services and if he does I’ll be using him for that service, as I know the quantity of the worm and customer service will be top notch. 6/5 stars!
